We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Even the pics we viewed on line did not do it justice. It was meticulous, beautifully decorated, spacious yet we felt at home there. The location of this home has perfect access to Orlando, Disney, Universal, and even all the beaches on the Gulf Coast. This is my first vacation ever in a vacation home and it has been a great experience and I’ll be seriously looking at purchasing my own vacation home. This Townhouse in Orlando was everything. The Reps at the front desk were amazing and helpful as well. It easily accommodated my family comfortably. Property manager and Owners very pleasant. House was beautifully decorated and there was more than enough space for everyone.

Very Good - The property was nice and clean and easy to get to Disney from. Excellent facilities - We stayed for a total of 3 days. The home was well kept, clean and had everything we needed to make meals. The home was superb, spacious, and comfortable. The pool was great, that's where the wife and kids were when we weren't out visiting the site. It’s easy to make a reservation for one of our Disney Vacation Rentals.

We spent another enjoyable Christmas vacation with our family at Grand Palms 2. We all think of it as OUR home and we look forward to coming back again next year. While it was a bit of a leap of faith to rent our vacation home over the internet, everything was perfect. Mark and the house manager were wonderful. Our daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter as well as our other granddaughter and her fiancé thoroughly enjoyed themselves while here using the pool, hot tub etc. Of course the close proximity to S H O P P I N G goes along way as well. Instructions and paperwork made things very clear. Everything was as described and even nicer. There was nothing that was disappointing. We spent 2 FABULOUS weeks in the disney palms house with our 8 children and in laws. House was beautiful and had everything we needed. We were situated in a fantastic spot close to everything disney world, sea world, Busch gardens and much much more.
It felt clean and like home away from home. I thought the girls were going to groan over the Disney decorations in the bedrooms. Even though they were decorated for smaller children, our teenage daughter and her best girlfriend however seemed tickeled and particularly interested in which one they wanted. We also went to Canaveral, and that was a pleasant drive, so overall found it a great location. We all had a wonderful time at your terrific house. It's a great location for getting to all of the area's attractions - that is if you can pull yourself away from the comforts of home including the pool, clubhouse and lake.
