If we needed anything the supermarket and other stores were only about 1/2 mile away. It was nice to come home to a nice quiet house and pool just for us that we didn't have to share with 1,000 other people like we would have if we had to stay at a hotel. The house was very spacious also so we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone and I will be recommending it to my friends and family. We have traveled to Florida many times over the past 20 years and stayed in numerous hotels.
The privacy around the pool was absolutely a bonus. I along with my family, would rent this home again in a heartbeat. It was very hard to come home (-20 Celsius). We arrived on the 27th of July & left on the 24th of August at Disney Oaks villa. It has been the best vacation ever thanks to the great place we were staying in since big part of a vacations success depends on where & how you stayed.

It was 8 of us 4 adults and 4 children. The kids enjoyed the pool while we stayed home and relaxed. Has all the amenities one will need for cooking etc...
Great Stay and everything as advertised! Solana is a very convenient , safe location. Quick access to all Disney parks, with times ranging from15-25 minutes. SeaWorld and Convention Center 30 minutes away and Legoland a very easy 25 minutes away. House was clean and kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of plates, cups, silverware and cookware.

You are spoilt for choice as there are 2 Publix supermarkets nearby and the I4 Interstate is really close. The property management team was amazing. Any issues we had, just minor stuff like a glitch in the wifi and getting the pool heated, they were there right away. Marc and Dora were great to deal with when it came to booking, payments, and everything else.

Pool was warm Beds were comfy, property manager ... The house is spacious and worked well for our large family of 10. We had to buy a frying pan and pans, because everything stuck to theirs. They could do some upgrading with the kitchen utensils. Students looking to rent in Disney while staying close to campus will have access to Everest Univ., South Orlando, Valencia C.C., Sand Lake, and Valencia C.C., Osceola Campus. What a convenient location – close to so many good things. Everything I needed was right at my fingertips.The king master bedroom was so comfortable.I slept so good,I forgot I was away from home.Look forward to coming back again. We loved having our own place as a family. From the moment you walk in the door you feel at home. This rental more than exceeded our expectations.
